“But Jesus called them to him and said, “You know that the rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and their great ones exercise authority over them. It shall not be so among you. But whoever would be great among you must be your servant, and whoever would be first among you must be your slave,”

Matthew 20:25-27 ESV

Chi Alpha has two leadership groups that help us accomplish our mission. Service team leaders organize teams of students to serve various functions within our community. Life Group leaders serve other students through leading Bible studies and one on one mentoring.

To become a leader in Chi Alpha you must be nominated for leadership by a current leader. Once you are nominated by a leader you will be invited to complete an application and interview with our staff and/or officers. Our staff and officers will select the candidates that are best suited to meet our current leadership needs.
