		Justin and Joy Felch have served as Chi Alpha Directors since 2005. Justin holds a M.S. in Counceling from Troy University and founded the Troy chapter of Chi Alpha as a graduate student at Troy. Justin an Joy met as students at Troy and were married in 2008. Justin is originally from Dothan, AL and Joy is from Anniston, AL. They have one daughter, Rilee Kate. They are passionate about mentoring students and developing leaders.

		Richard & Dana Skinner joined our staff team in 2014. Richard is originally from Ariton, Alabama and holds B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama. There he was a leader in XA and felt the call to minister full time with XA. Dana also served as a student leader in XA at Stephen F Austin University. They were married in 2004 and worked with XA for 14 years in Texas. They have two children, Joshua and Hannah. The Skinners have a passion for reaching international students, and direct our Xai program.
